Indecent or sexual misconduct complaints are automatically treated as highly sensitive and kept non-public unless a careful moderator decision changes visibility.
Public counts use moderator-approved reports only, exclude confirmed duplicates, and do not publish reporter identities or accused-person names as corruption leaderboards.
Avoid uploading unrelated private data, intimate material, children's personal information or third-party data that is not necessary to explain the complaint.
